I am a trained, professional and independent civil celebrant.  I trained with the Fellowship of Professional Celebrants. 

I worked in the public sector for almost thirty years, where I encountered people from all different walks of life. I learned that everyone is different in some way.

Over the years I've been to a number of funerals of all different faiths, denominations and cultures. Sadly, I've seen that it is fairly common for a person's true character and story to be misrepresented, or that the person leading the ceremony doesn't have a true understanding of the person they are discussing.

It is my belief that every person is different and that their individuality should be recognised.

I am determined to provide my clients with the exact type of ceremony that their loved ones would have wanted, and that they need.

In most cases, clients will be put in touch with me by their chosen Funeral Director. Initially, I will make a telephone call to you as soon as I can. During this call, I will agree with you a convenient time, date and location for a face to face meeting.

​

I fully understand that these meetings can be very emotional occasions, but I will do my best to make them as therapeutic and heart warming as possible.

Almost all of my families say that they enjoyed the meeting.
